Howdy!

I'm Divya: a writer, filmmaker and graphic designer. I’m a current MA candidate at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where I’m focusing on film criticism and entertainment reporting.

I also graduated undergrad in 2023 with a BFA in Film & Television from the Kanbar Institute at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, as well as a minor in English and American literature from NYU College of Arts and Science.

All to say: I love to write, and have too many thoughts about film, television and the entertainment industry. No matter what medium I’m working in, I aim to depict people and ideas with as much life and truth as possible.
